REGIONAL DIRECTOR, MID-ATLANTIC Rich Mogensen has a BA in Geology from the University of Colorado and a BS in Biology from the University of Connecticut. Rich was the ninth person certified by the Baltimore District USACE for wetland delineation using the 1987 Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual. Rich is also a Certified Professional Wetland Scientist and the Immediate Past-President of the National Mitigation Banking Association. Rich is the Regional Director, Mid-Atlantic Mitigation Office in Concord, North Carolina. Rich assumes the responsibility for coordinating the Environmental Consulting and Engineering for all projects within the Mitigation Division. Before joining EarthMark, Rich established Marsh Resources Inc. (MRI), a subsidiary of the Williams Companies Inc., in 1997. Since its establishment, MRI has developed wetland mitigation banks and projects in New Jersey, North Carolina and Virginia. Rich also managed the permitting staff at Williams to obtain environmental permits for pipeline construction and compliance; he has 20 years of wetland and environmental consulting experience. |
