CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
 Michael E. Rosen has been CEO of EarthMark Companies for the past twelve years. He graduated in 1980 from Tufts University with a degree in History and Urban Planning. His interest in environmental preservations and restoration began well before the launch of EarthMark’s first 2577 acre Mitigation bank. Michael’s family is well known for their environmentally conscious approach towards development projects throughout Florida and the east coast of the United States.
Michael is a past Treasurer of The National Mitigation Banking Association, where he was involved with many political initiatives in Washington D.C. that resulted in mitigation banks becoming the preferred source for mitigation on Federal Projects. Michael was also personally involved in all Mitigation Bank Review Team meetings that resulted in the assessment and permitting of Big Cypress Mitigation Bank and Treasure Coast Mitigation Bank. As CEO of EarthMark he has spearheaded the efforts that have led EarthMark to developing environmentally sensitive communities throughout Florida.
The Mitigation Banking Division and environment has been and continue to be the focus of Michael’s time and energy.
