DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATIONS
 Don Metrione has a Bachelor of Arts in Botany from Marshall University. He also has a Certified General Contractors License. Don is currently the Director of Environmental Operations for Southwest Florida Mitigation Bank. As Director of Environmental Operations, Don will manage multiple environmental restoration job sites. He will also manage the field operations of independent contractors to ensure compliance with contracts and to achieve project goals within the budgeted time and dollars. Additional tasks include site work development in environmentally sensitive areas and working directly with various professionals, engineers, and environmental scientists to ensure compliance with State and Federal permitting and regulatory agencies.
Before joining the EarthMark Companies, Don worked as the Director of Construction for Taylor Woodrow. He was responsible for all aspects of single and multi-family home construction including master scheduling; cost control, implementation of cost saving plans, and management of subcontractor and other team personnel. Don has over 25 years of construction management experience.
