• We provide turn-key Permitting/Design/Build Management for off-site mitigation requirements.

• Provide under sub-contract agreement with the General Contractor the following tasks:

MITIGATION SOLUTIONS and PRE-REGULATORY APPROVAL

EarthMark Mitigation Solutions meet with regulatory agencies as necessary to explore mitigation options including the use of creation of off-site mitigation or mixed with Wetland Credits from a credited Mitigation Bank.

LAND SOLUTION SEARCH, FEASIBLE LAND ACQUISITION & LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

This task includes exploring the best viable solution to provide mitigation based on Regulatory Input, County Land Stewardship Programs, and Off-Site Mitigation, Including the purchase of Wetland Credits from an approved mitigation bank.

SURVEYS

This task includes all necessary survey work including boundary survey and topographic survey work of proposed site.

WETLAND CREATION DESIGN AND NATURAL STREAM CHANNEL DESIGN,
RESTORATION PLAN, PERMITTING

This task includes all Wetland Restoration Design and/or Natural Channel Design (NCD) for stream restoration project.
